Outgrowing our old look

Haposoft has come a long way since our early days.

We’ve grown from a small, ambitious team into a trusted partner for businesses in Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, and beyond. Our vision for the next chapter is even bolder: to become a world-class IT solution company.

That direction called for a brand identity that could grow with us.

The old logo carried us through our early stages, but it no longer reflected who we are or where we’re heading. It was the right time for a change.

What the new logo says about us

At the center of our new identity is a reimagined H — our name, our foundation — shaped like a bridge.

Why a bridge? Because that’s what we build:

  • Connections between people and technology

  • Systems that link ideas with impact

  • Relationships that turn into long-term partnerships

The form is bold and balanced, simple yet intentional, just like the way we work. And while the shape is new, the meaning is familiar. This logo carries our DNA: sincerity, integrity and innovation, expressed more clearly than ever.

Where the new brand shows up

You’ll start seeing the new identity across everything we touch — the website, slide decks, documents, internal tools, even our T-shirts. It’s built to be flexible but consistent. Clear on a phone screen, steady on a projector, readable in a footer.

That consistency matters. Because whether you’re reviewing a proposal or onboarding through a platform we built, the way we present ourselves should feel like part of the product too.

We’re still rolling it out, but the foundation is in place.

As part of that, the owl is now officially our mascot. It has been part of our spirit for years, and from now on, it will appear more often in our designs and communications — acting as a friendly guide to help introduce Haposoft’s products and services.

You’ll be seeing more of it soon.

A starting point for what’s next

This brand update isn’t the finish line, it’s just the groundwork. It helps us show who we are more clearly and support what we’re building next.

Our mission has always been clear: To contribute to a happier society through technology.

The logo is new. The mission stays the same.
