We believe technology should be practical and human-centered. After serving as a CTO in Japan, Tran Huy Chung saw how many companies struggled to find the right engineers to grow. He returned to Vietnam and founded Haposoft as a hub of young engineers, giving Vietnamese talent the chance to work in a global environment while supporting Japanese companies.
