Job overview: We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing B2B marketing programs, strategies, execution, and results in English-speaking markets. As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing department and work towards content creation, enterprise branding, B2B marketing strategy and programs, and lead generation.

Working time: From 8:30 AM - 17:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Location: 7th floor, Mitec building, Duong Dinh Nghe street, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Ha Noi.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting market research to identify sale possibilities and evaluate customer demands.
Researching and generating lists of potential customers.
Providing input on customer briefs, presentations & sales literature.
Promoting the company's existing services and products.
Developing marketing strategies that align with the goals of the company.
Building and managing the company's homepage content, social media profiles and presence.
Developing content such as posts and infographics for different social media platforms.
Tracking, measuring, and analyzing all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduated in marketing, business or a related field.
At least 1.5 year of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry.
Skills in market research, target audience identification, and customer needs assessment.
Strong content creation skills
Excellent English skills (> IELTS 7.0).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice to have: Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
