In 2022, Haposoft defined a clear vision: expand beyond Japan, become a strategic development partner worldwide, and continue to build solutions powered by new technology. By early 2025, we realized the need for a space that could match that ambition. The decision was made to move into the NHS Complex — giving our team a place to feel inspired and confident. Alongside this move, we also refreshed our brand identity to align with our vision. And as part of that refresh, our happy owl — a symbol that has been with Haposoft since the early days — officially became our company mascot. The short film highlighted our journey, our people, and the values that continue to guide us. Our new Hanoi office in Dai Mo Ward opened on August 12, built to match the way we work now and the goals we’re chasing next. Looking Back Our Journey Eight years doesn’t sound like much, but in that time we’ve packed in three offices, countless projects and more than a few all-nighters. 2016. We opened our first Hanoi office. Small and functional, with just enough room for the handful of people we were back then. It’s where we shipped our first projects and learned the ropes together. 2019. A bigger space, more desks, and a growing team. That office carried us through key milestones, major partnerships, and some unforgettable late nights. 2025. Eight years, three offices, and our biggest move yet. This time, we own our office — a space that’s flexible, collaborative, and ready to support everything we aim to achieve in the years ahead.
