Job overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing new business opportunities and expanding our customer in English Speaking Market. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, building strong relationships with potential customers, and promoting our IT outsourcing services.

Working time: From 8:30 AM - 17:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Location: 7th floor, Mitec building, Duong Dinh Nghe street, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Ha Noi.



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements to propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and online forums.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in English Speaking Country.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential clients and emerging markets.



  • At least 1 years of experience in business development/ sales B2B, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent English skills (IELTS 6.5).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Nice to have: Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.



  • Base salary: Junior (10M ~ 14M); Middle (15M ~ 18M); Senior (19M ~) vnd/month.
  • Commission-based incentives: 1~5%
