Our new Hanoi office in Dai Mo Ward opened on August 12, built to match the way we work now and the goals we’re chasing next. Looking Back Our Journey Eight years doesn’t sound like much, but in that time we’ve packed in three offices, countless projects and more than a few all-nighters. 2016. We opened our first Hanoi office. Small and functional, with just enough room for the handful of people we were back then. It’s where we shipped our first projects and learned the ropes together. 2019. A bigger space, more desks, and a growing team. That office carried us through key milestones, major partnerships, and some unforgettable late nights. 2025. Eight years, three offices, and our biggest move yet. This time, we own our office — a space that’s flexible, collaborative, and ready to support everything we aim to achieve in the years ahead. What This Move Means for Us This relocation is more than a change of scenery. It’s a step that strengthens how we work, how we connect, and how we grow. Built For A Bigger Vision Our previous office had reached its limits. In the new space, everyone has a seat and room to work comfortably, with capacity to welcome even more people as we expand. It’s a setting that gives bigger ideas and bigger goals the breathing room they need. Facilities That Raise Our Game We’ve added larger meeting rooms, flexible work zones, and an Innovation Lab dedicated to R&D and developing AI-powered solutions. Each space is designed with a clear purpose, making it easy to shift between deep focus, active collaboration, and hands-on experimentation. These upgrades help us work faster, smarter, and without the constraints of our previous setup. Easier To Connect With Clients And Partners Our location in Dai Mo Ward offers quick links to major transport routes, making it easier for visitors to find us. The expanded facilities mean we can host workshops, presentations, and partnership meetings in a setting that’s comfortable and professional. Outgrowing our old look Haposoft has come a long way since our early days. We’ve grown from a small, ambitious team into a trusted partner for businesses in Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, and beyond. Our vision for the next chapter is even bolder: to become a world-class IT solution company. That direction called for a brand identity that could grow with us. The old logo carried us through our early stages, but it no longer reflected who we are or where we’re heading. It was the right time for a change. What the new logo says about us At the center of our new identity is a reimagined H — our name, our foundation — shaped like a bridge. Why a bridge? Because that’s what we build: Connections between people and technology Systems that link ideas with impact Relationships that turn into long-term partnerships The form is bold and balanced, simple yet intentional, just like the way we work. And while the shape is new, the meaning is familiar. This logo carries our DNA: sincerity, integrity and innovation, expressed more clearly than ever. Where the new brand shows up You’ll start seeing the new identity across everything we touch — the website, slide decks, documents, internal tools, even our T-shirts. It’s built to be flexible but consistent. Clear on a phone screen, steady on a projector, readable in a footer. That consistency matters. Because whether you’re reviewing a proposal or onboarding through a platform we built, the way we present ourselves should feel like part of the product too. We’re still rolling it out, but the foundation is in place. As part of that, the owl is now officially our mascot. It has been part of our spirit for years, and from now on, it will appear more often in our designs and communications — acting as a friendly guide to help introduce Haposoft’s products and services. You’ll be seeing more of it soon. A starting point for what’s next This brand update isn’t the finish line, it’s just the groundwork. It helps us show who we are more clearly and support what we’re building next. Our mission has always been clear: To contribute to a happier society through technology. The logo is new.
