Một startup Nhật là đối tác của Haposoft cần tuyển 2 vị trí Ruby on Rails dev làm việc tại Tokyo Nhật Bản với thông tin tuyển dụng như dưới đây. 

Vị trí này chỉ cần giao tiếp tiếng Anh và kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật tốt, sau khi qua Nhật bạn tự học thêm tiếng Nhật và đạt N2 sau 1 năm làm việc tại Nhật.

In that sense Our Product is the center for the Human Resource people to be a strategic HR.

• Salary Range: 4000,000 ~ 10,000,000 JPY basing on skill and Experience

Requirement

• At least 4 years of front-end and backend development experience ( 3+ years of Rails experience, 1+ years of React experience, 1+ years of Redux experience)

• Experience building complex, scalable web apps and APIs

• Advanced problem-solving and debugging skills

• Comfort with object oriented development principles, meta programming and exposure to functional development patterns

• Experience with SQL, and the Query Optimization

• Interest in data analysis, and statistics

• Demonstrate the ability to work with people from many different backgrounds

• Show a commitment to building a cooperative and helpful team

• User first approach with focus on user experience

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

• Ability and willingness to engage effectively in code review and acceptance testing for your own and your colleague’s work

• Must be able to speak English

Quy trình tuyển dụng: 

1. Haposoft nhận CV của bạn gửi cho đối tác
2. Haposoft sẽ tổ chức để tối tác phỏng vấn bạn qua Skype vòng 1 ( bạn tới văn phòng của Haposoft tại Hà Nội)
3. Haposoft tổ chức để đối tác phỏng vấn bạn qua Skype vòng 2 ( có thể sẽ phỏng vấn ngay sau khi skype phỏng vấn vòng 1)
4. Bạn sẽ nhận parttime job ( 12 tiếng/tuần) trong vòng 1 tháng từ công ty đối tác của Haposoft.
5. Công ty đối tác của Haposoft  sẽ gửi Offer Letter cho bạn. 
6. Thủ tục visa để qua Nhật làm việc tại văn phòng công ty đối tác với tư cách là nhân viên chính thức (không phải là nhân viên của Haposoft).
